BD Dreamer Program – Terms & Conditions

By registering for the BD Dreamer Program (“Program”), you agree to these legally binding terms with British D’sire (“we”, “us”).

1. Your Responsibilities

✔ You’re 18+ (or have parental consent)
✔ All social media disclosures (e.g., #ad) comply with FTC/ASA rules
✔ Provide accurate profile information

2. How It Works

• Free to join– No fees to participate
• No guaranteed partnerships– Brands select collaborators at their discretion
• Campaign requirements(e.g., post deadlines) are set by each brand

3. Content Rules

✅ You own your content but grant brands permission to repost
❌ Prohibited: Fake engagement, offensive material, or promoting competitors

4. Payments & Gifts

• Compensation (free products/commissions) varies per brand
• Payment disputes must be resolved directly with the brand

5. Termination

We may remove you for:
• Violating these terms
• Inactive for 6+ months
• Misrepresenting brand partnerships

6. Important Disclaimers

⚠ We don’t control brand product quality/shipping
⚠ Earnings aren’t guaranteed
⚠ We may update these terms with 14 days’ notice (posted on this page)
